We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insider and the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in shares of the company will remain closed from 26th June, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June, 2024.
