Craftsman Automation Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

This is further to the disclosures made on 23rd, July, 2024 in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the parties to the APA and the SPA have entered into agreements to amend the APA and the SPA including in relation to the purchase price due to the revised commercial terms agreed between the parties.
