Craftsman Automation Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 1st October, 2024, till the expiry of 48 hours, after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2024 to the public.
