Craftsman Automation Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR ) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that (a) the German Sub has today completed the acquisition of Assets from the APA Target; (b) the German Holdco has today completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the SPA Target; and (c) Investment in the German Holdco by the Company.
