Further to our letter dt. 8th September, 2021 and the board meeting held today, we would like to inform you that Mr. Manjunath H who has been working as the Finance Manager and has been associated with the company for over 17 years, will be henceforth designated as CFO of the Company. Mr. Asif Khader will continue to be the Managing Director of the Company.
