CRANES SOFTWARE INTERNATIONAL LTD. - Results-Delay in Financial Results

Further to our letter dated 30th May 2023, the Company is additionally yet to receive the limited review report from the foreign subsidiaries for the quarter ended 30th June 2023, due to which it is unable to prepare the unaudited accounts on the consolidated basis. To date, the Company has not received the same. Consequently, the consolidated financials have got delayed and the Company is yet to file the same with the Exchange.
