CRAVATEX LTD. - Disclosure For Large Corporates

Pursuant to BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated 11th April, 2019, the Company does not fall under the category of Large Corporates as per para 2.2 of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018. Hence no disclosure in annexures is required to be filed for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021.
