With reference to the earlier Book Closure from September 26, 2014 to September 29, 2014 for the purpose of Final Dividend and AGM, Credit Analysis and Research Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Book Closure from September 26, 2014 to September 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) has fixed also for the purpose of Payment of Special Dividend (Interim Dividend 2).
