Credit Analysis and Research Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, have declared a 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for financial year 2014-2015.
