Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd ("Manager to the Buy back Offer") has submitted to BSE a Copy of public announcement ("Public Announcement") to the Shareholders / beneficial owners of the Equity Shares of CRISIL Ltd ("Target Company"), pursuant to and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 15(d) read with 15(c) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Buyback of Securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended ("Buyback Regulations") and contains the disclosures as specified in Schedule II to the Buyback Regulations.
