CRISIL LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend & Special Dividend

CRISIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs. 7 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each, for the financial year ended December 31, 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
