Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Manoj Koul has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Manoj Koul is also appointed as Compliance officer under Clause 47 of Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange.
