Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to take on record the audited Financial Results and Segment-Wise Financial Report for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>At the above Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Company will also recommend a Final Dividend for the financial year 2014 -15.
