CROMPTON GREAVES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting (Resignation of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer)

Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that Ms Minal Bhosale, the Company Secretary, will be resigning from the Company effective 31 May 2015. Ms Minal Bhosale will also resign as the Compliance officer under Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange, for all SEBI, Stock Exchange, Registrar of Companies, Investor, Regulatory and other related matters. The Board has noted her resignation at its meeting held on May 28, 2015.
