CSL Finance Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for 'Designated Persons' from Saturday, January 01, 2022 till Forty Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting to be held, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2021 to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
