CSL Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2021. Further, for the purpose of above and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the intimation regarding the closure of trading window [i.e. from Saturday, January 01, 2022 till Forty-Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting] for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been submitted to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed till Saturday, January 29, 2022.
