As per the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in Shares of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from 01st July, 2022 till 48 Hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the first quarter ended 30th June, 2022 become generally available. The Date of Board Meeting for the Consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2022 shall be intimated in the due course of Time.
