Shareholders of Cummins India Limited at the 60th Annual General Meeting have approved the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse & Co Chartered Accountants LLP (Firm Registration Number 304026E/E-300009), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the conclusion of 60th AGM held on August 12 2021 till the conclusion of 65th AGM to be held in 2026 of the company.
