Cybele Industries Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, Regulation 2015, the board of directors of the company has approved the investment in Wholly Owned Subsidiaries , Cybele Electronics Private Limited and Cybele Electra Private limited up to Rs. 7 Crores each.
