We wish to inform that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons shall remain closed from April 01, 2021 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 to the stock exchanges.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the aforesaid financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 will be intimated in due course. <BR>
