Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Para A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today i.e. May 28, 2024, has approved appointment of Mr. Rajesh Kumar as an Additional Director, and Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company subject to approval of Shareholders.
