This is to inform that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. Thursday August 22, 2024 at 12:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013, and the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The AGM was concluded at 01:00 PM (IST). In this regards, please find enclosed summary proceedings of the AGM as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
