Cyient Limited - Board declares Interim Dividend

Cyient Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 11, 2014, has declared an interim dividend of 60% for the financial year 2014-15, i.e., Rs. 3.00 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each.
