Cyient Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 12, 2017, inter alia, to take on record the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for transacting in the securities of the company would remain closed from January 02, 2017 to January 13, 2017, both days inclusive, for the Directors / officials and designated persons of the company.
