Corp Ltd has informed BSE that on April 21, 2014 the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 44,155 shares of Rs. 10/- each on exercise of 44,155 stock options under DBCL-ESOS- 2008, DBCL-ESOS- 2010 and DBCL-ESOS- 2011 Scheme, to Its employees covered under the scheme.
