The Board of Directors at its meeting held today has considered and approved the following; <BR> 1) Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017; <BR> 2) Appointment of Mr. Tushar Sighat as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company; <BR> 3) Resignation of Mr. Gary Yang - Managing Director of the Company;<BR> 4) Resignation of Mr. Anil Bakshi - Independent Director of the Company<BR>
