DABUR INDIA LTD. - Fixes Book Closure for Final Dividend & AGM

Dabur India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 07, 2017 to July 14, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 26, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, in case dividend is approved by the shareholders in the aforesaid AGM the Company will make the payment of<BR>said dividend from August 17, 2017 onwards.
