Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 16, 2016, inter-alia, has considered and approved the declaration of the Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2015-16.
