Bharucha, an Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has on account of his ill health and age tendered his resignation as Director of the Company w.e.f. December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>Accordingly, Dr. K. R. Bharucha has ceased to be the Director of the Company.
