Dai-Ichi Karkaria Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2015, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from January 16, 2015 to January 30, 2015 (both days inclusive).
