Dalmia Bharat Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2015, inter alia, has decided to recommend a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share of Rs 2/- for the financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
