In compliance to Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, we hereby inform that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives with effect from April 1, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2020.
