Ghosh and Ghosh, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 306020E), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from March 10, 2021, to fill up the casual vacancy created due to resignation of the Statutory Auditor to hold office upto the conclusion of 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2021
