This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today i.e. 29th June,2020 had inter alia, consider followings:<BR> 1. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st March,2020 and the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at 31st March, 2020 and Auditors' Report with unmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2020. The copies of the same are enclosed herewith.<BR> The Board meeting was commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:30 p.m.<BR>
