In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, May 27, 2024, inter alia, to: 1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (standalone) of the Company for the half-year and year ended on March 31, 2024; and; 2. Consider recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2023-24. Further, as already notified to the exchange vide Notice dated March 27, 2024, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company has remained closed for all the Designated Persons of the company and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 and shall continue to be so till 2 days (48 hours) after the declaration of the said financial results to the stock exchange i.e. upto May 29, 2024 (both days inclusive). You are requested to take the same on record.
