DAPS Advertising Ltd - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

In pursuance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., 29th May 2023, has inter-alia: Recommended the payment of final dividend of Rs. 0.5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
