Data Patterns (India) Ltd - Rumour verification - Regulation 30(11)

We would like to inform that while Data Patterns (India) Limited has signed the contract with DRDO, with a contract value of Rs. 10 Crore, we are yet to receive the counter-signed contract from DRDO. Out of Rs. 10 Crore, Rs. 9 Crore will be funded by DRDO as grant-in-aid under Technology Development Fund Scheme and remaining Rs. 1 Crore needs to be borne by the Company. we, therefore, to the best of the information available with the management, would like to submit that the information about the aforementioned contract with DRDO is not considered material since the value of Contract does not qualify as material of event/information and hence, does not warrant a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
