DATAMATICS GLOBAL SERVICES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Company's Insider Trading Policy and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with BSE circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE circular Ref. No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of Datamatics Global Services Limited ('Company') shall remain closed for all Designated Persons with effect from Saturday, January 1, 2022 and shall re-open after 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2021.
