This is to inform you that Daulat Securities Limited have decide to close the Trading Window for all the Directors, Central Statutory Auditors, Designated Persons and Insiders pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from 1st April, 2024 up to 48 hours post the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting on which the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31stMarch, 2024 are to be declared, once fixed, will be intimated to the exchange, accordingly.
