In furtherance of the Board Meeting outcome dated 14th February, 2024 submitted to your good office appointing Mr. Onkrappa P. as a CFO and KMP of the Company w.e.f 01st March, 2024, the Company is in receipt of letter from Mr. Onkrappa P expressing his inability to join w.e.f 01st March, 2024. requested to join w,e,f 25th March, 2024 . Therefore his date of joining shall be 25th March, 2024.
