DCB Bank Limited - Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations')

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that a penalty of Rs. 41,866/- has been imposed on the Bank by Superintendent, Range I, Triplicane, Chennai- Tamil Nadu State for the matters mentioned in the below table. The Bank will explore filing of appeal against the order.
