DCB Bank Limited - Allotment

The Bank has allotted 46,400 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on September 07, 2017, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 30,77,72,343 shares of Rs.10/- each.
