DCB Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Suhail Nathani, an Independent Director of the Bank, has ceased to be a Director of the Bank on January 28, 2017 after completing the term of eight consecutive years [the maximum permissible] as per the provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949.
