DCM LTD. - Board declares Interim Dividend

DCM Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, has <BR><BR>1. Declared interim dividend @ 15% on paid up equity capital of the Company (Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10 each) for the year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Re-appointed Mr. Jitendra Tuli as Managing Director of the Company with effect from December 20, 2015. Mr. Jitendra Tuli will continue to be designated as Chairman and Managing Director.
