Pursuant to the Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015, we enclose herewith the details regarding loss of share certificates received from the shareholder(s). The Company is in process of issuing Letter of Confirmation in lieu of duplicate share certificate(s), in compliance with the SEBI Notification SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/66 dated January 24, 2022, to the shareholder(s) subject to receipt/review of requisite document(s) as prescribed and completion of necessary formalities.
