DCM Shriram Limited - Board declares Interim Dividend

DCM Shriram Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2016, inter alia, have declared 2nd interim dividend of 60% i.e. Rs.1.20 per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each for the financial year 2015-16.
