Deccan Health Care Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Statutory Auditors

Pursuant to sub-clause (7A) inserted under Clause A in Part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30(2) read with SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMDl/114/2019, dated October 18 2019, we hereby inform you that the Statutory Auditors of the Company, M/s Keyur Shah & Co. (FRN-141173W), have tendered their resignation vide its resignation letter dated May 30, 2023 from the position of Statutory Auditor, with effect from closing of business hours of board meeting held today, May 30, 2023 post submission of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) with Auditor's Report for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2023 ('Period') and after furnishing all requisite certificate and other documents for the aforesaid period from the Company. Further the information required from the Auditor in pursuance to SEBI Circular no CIR/CFD/CMDl/114/2019, dated October 18 2019, is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
