Decipher Labs Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Code of Conduct of the Company the Trading Window shall remain closed for insiders of the Company from October 1, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
