Deep Diamond India Ltd - Compliances-Certificate under Reg. 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations, 2018

In accordance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, 2018 for quarter ended on June 30, 2024, based on the certificate received from Link Intime India Private Limited (RTA of the company), which is enclosed herewith, we hereby confirm in relation with the securities received for dematerialisation and rematerialization that: a) The securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation and rematerialization were confirmed(accepted/rejected) to the depositories. b) The Securities comprised in the said certificates of security have been listed on the stock exchanges; and c) The said certificates after verification have been mutilated and cancelled the name of depository has been submitted in our records (i.e., in register of members) as the register owner within stipulated time limit.
