Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, that Trading Window for the above purpose shall remain closed from October 30, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive).
